Andy is absolutely amazing! We have been working with him for two years, searching for our dream home. He was always available to get us in to see a house, even if it was last minute. He would check in on us, see where things were at, and if there was anything we needed. My sister recommended him to us, and we will continue recommending him to friends and family. I have worked with Andy on buying a condo, then after a year I needed to sell and move. He helped me sell my condo and buy a house. Through each step he was attentive to every question I had, and he really explained things to me so I was comfortable with what was going on. I would recommend him for any buying or selling situation as he takes the time to teach the home buyer/seller about the steps and is patient with new homebuyers. He is always available no matter the time of day which was wonderful for me especially as I have a job that doesn't allow me to communicate at easy hours of the day. He was wonderful, professional, and was able to keep me optimistic in a hard market.
